Cannot recommend the centre enough! Starting as a complete beginner in my 30s was pretty daunting. But the team made me feel welcome and at ease from day one. Training in Chinese Kickboxing and Kung Fu has helped improve my confidence, fitness level and overall well being hugely! My only regret is that I don't have time to come more often!

I started with Matt Hudd in February of this year. I was in a bit of a rough spot mentally and joined in an attempt to learn some new skills to feel safer in the streets. Within my first session I felt that being there is what I needed. The coaches are incredible, there is such genuine passion in what they do. They are patient and kind and help you to progress in the right way. As I continued, my confidence began to flourish and I felt better each week. I made some great friendships here and was excited to attend the sessions. I enjoyed the sessions the more I learned as I achieved new grades and also loved the challenges!
It is with sadness that I can no longer continue with Matt Hudd due to relocation. I have had the most amazing time here and hold this community close as thanks for being the hand that guided me.
